What is Educational Partnership Outreach?

Educational Partnership Outreach comes alongside the students, families, and staff of two partner schools, Durham Nativity School and CC Spaulding Elementary, in a variety of ways– by serving as volunteers for special events, collecting supplies to address specific needs, and providing encouragement to teachers and staff.

Our Partner Schools:

Durham Nativity School
We have the privilege of housing both our Sunday morning worship services and offices at Durham Nativity School. Durham Nativity School serves middle school boys who come from financially-challenged backgrounds.  They seek to provide a nurturing, but highly structured and academically challenging environment in which our students thrive.
C.C. Spaulding
C.C. Spaulding Elementary School is a part of Durham Public Schools and serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The vision of C.C. Spaulding is to unlock students’ limitless potential by focusing on their academic, social, and emotional growth and development of 21st century skills through rigorous instruction.

Upcoming Events

Join us Saturday, October 16th at 8:00 am for a fun 5K/10K run that will benefit Durham Nativity School and help grow our Educational Partnership Outreach ministry! The run will take place at the Al Buehler Trail on Duke's campus.

Choose your distance, either 10K or 5K, walk or run, and stick around after the race to meet some new friends and celebrate your great effort! All funds from this event will go directly to Durham Nativity School as we continue to build our partnership with them. We'll also be collecting lightly worn clothes for CC Spaulding Elementary. We encourage those who might not have clothes to shop at Beanstalk or Once Upon a Child and bring an article of clothing to the run!
